How does this work?
Each portrait experience is composed of two distinct meetings: the sitting itself and an in-studio order meeting.
How long does a sitting last?
Plan an hour in your day for the sitting. Generally we will photograph for 30-45 minutes but if you plan for one hour then you won’t be late for your next adventure.
Where does a sitting take place?
Sittings take place in my NW Portland studio. During July and August I offer outdoor sittings at the International Rose Test Garden for families who are interested in being photographed in an outdoor setting.
How soon will I get to see the images?
Proofs will be ready to review with me at my studio approximately two weeks after your sitting. You will place your order at that time.
How long will it take to get my portraits?
Your portraits will be ready for you to pick up eight weeks after you place your order.
How long is the order meeting?
Plan to spend an hour making your selections.
Only an hour?!
Over the years some clients have expressed anxiety about being able to choose portraits in just one hour. Don’t worry! I have helped thousands of clients make selections that suit their taste and budget. We will work together to get you exactly what you’re looking for.
How much does it cost?
Heirloom wall portraits begin at $595. There is no sitting fee. Please contact me for further pricing details or information about custom, no interest payment plan options.
Do you offer framing?
Yes. All of my heirloom portraits are sold in custom mats and require custom frames. Custom framing by experienced craftsmen helps protect your heirloom portrait. A variety of frame selections are available so you can pick up framed, ready to hang portraits.
When is payment due and how can I pay?
A deposit of 25% will get your order going. The balance can be paid at pick up or over an extended time frame with a custom, no interest payment plan. You can pay for your order with check, Visa, or Mastercard.
